Three different tech supports failed to establish a valid connection between my laptop and router. Except my laptop everything else was connected, there were all sort of alien devices on router webpage except mine.

Tried to contact the manufacturer also but cudnt get through theier customer service. After rounds of run around, from one manufacturer to tech support companies, I finally got through IYOGI ROUTER SUPPORT. Technician tried a lot, and made some smart move which i guess other failed and finally my router and Laptop started communicating with each other.

Wished I dialed them first, would have saved *** lot of time.

Anyhow thanks iyogi smart Technicians are assets to your organization.
