We paid for one year tech support. They called saying it was time to check how the computer was working.

We said computer running slow. After checking our computer remotely, They tried to sell us a new type of protection for over 700 dollars. When we refused he locked our computer. He had given us a phone number to call and when we called them back, we were told it was our fault because we wouldn't give them the $700.

Stay away they are fraudulent. The person I spoke to seemed to be in India.

I have since been told by my cable company I should never let them remote onto my computer.

This reviewer shared experience about bad quality and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Iyogi. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
