I made the mistake of thinking they were part of HP.signed up for one year.
couldn't understand them, they took more time on my computer trying to get me to buy more instead of fixing the problem. after a year i told them i didn't like or want them anymore. my phone hasn't stopped ringing. I told the supervisor but he must be as dumb as the rest of them!!!
I told them i was going to get a lawyer, they still call. WTF. I would not have anyone use them.
I told them i have a lawyer and get their name and hang up.thank god i have caller I.D.
