I received the same call as others I have now reviewed. They did seem to know about my account with them from 2016 and sounded very sorry for the delay in straightening things out.

I did get as far as the first person to remote in but he didn't ask for much info-He did want the IP address and password # then just my name, email address, mailing address ( which was a PO box) and last 4 digits of phone #. That was all for that form. It didn't seem right to me but then he said that was all he needed and I would next be getting a call from his manager to verify this info. He remoted out and then I did get a call right away.

I was in the process of deleting the download of the remote service and shutting down my computer to hopefully get rid of anything for now. The 2nd person called back and wanted to remote in again- I said No there should be no reason for that if the form I already filled out was complete. I said I didn't trust what was going on at this point- He said the transaction wasn't complete and I could not get the refund unless he was able to get back into my computer to help me finish the paperwork needed. I said No and hung up.

I called US bank to see if they new anything- they said Not so engage with any IYogi calls that it was a scam.

So - hoping at this point with the IP address only that they can't access anything important. Any advise about that out there??

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
