I had lost my desktop and was unable to access anything except via task manager. I contacted a 1800 number for Windows Help. 2 hours and $300 dollars later the tech advised me to buy a windows 8 disk and install it. When quizzed why he had just charged me $300 dollars for nothing, he quickly stated "this is a Hewlett Packard problem, I will transfer you to them". Once again i was charged $199.99... Read more

I was receiving my follow-up phone consultation for my computer (for which I had already paid) with an iyogi staff member and was told that if I did not purchase the lastest System 8 program my computer would crash and not work. Then a supervisor named Mohammad (They are all named Mohammad, isn't that scary), got on the phone and again told me my computer would crash if I did not purchase the... Read more

Unfortunately, I found this website after I had already purchased their yearly service contract for over $300. This company is incredibly good at hiding their true colors and I’ve looked extensively for information about this company and I’m only finding reviews written about iYogi, BY iYogi. I believe that they are writing their own reviews because of the grammar and spelling in each of the... Read more

I pretty much had the same problems that everyone else has had with these jerks! I thought I was calling H P Support. They told me they worked for H P and found out differently. I am still getting their pop ups when I turn on my computer. Don't CARL THEY FOR ANYTHING! Read more

I had the same issue. The reason I called the number 1-877-331-0903 was because I was under the impression that they were helping me with reinstallation of my McAfee software. I got the number from the Mcafee website under consumer tech help. This person on the other end was really good ...telling me my computer was at risk for breaking down completely ..that it was really infected...he went... Read more

Told iYogi I would not be renewing my year subscription but they did it themselves anyways. And over drafted my account that I do not use anymore. As I tried to get my refund the tech kept pushing me to renew and trying to give me discounts regardless of how many times I told him I just want my refund. So I received my refund 4 days later and still had to pay my own overdraft fee Add comment

I had a problem with accessing emails through the application on both my iPad & iPhone. I called Apple who put me through to Technical Support. I never dreamt that they had put me through to an independent company. I was then bombarded with technical questions & statements and was made to feel it was a matter of urgency that I purchase their security to protect my personal details (I'm 64... Read more
