I had told iyogi in no uncertain terms that I would not renew their services once my contract was up because I felt they were high pressuring me into buying stuff all the time. None of my friends have any of the things that I pressured to buy. We paid for one year tech support. They called saying it was time to check how the computer was working. We said computer running slow. After checking our computer remotely, They tried to sell us a new type of protection for over 700 dollars. When we refused he locked our computer. First off I blame the United States and Microsoft. When we hire Third World laborers to gain access to our programs bank account information and data centers, this is why we are being hacked and extorted for money. Those who have been scammed by Iyogi they should contact the Attorney General about it. You should get what you paid for. Don't let them get away with it. People who have paid for several years of service and many years left are being told their service is about to expire to get more money shelled out. If you don't do anything this will continue. I can relate to everything everyone else regarding Iyogi. I consider myself lucky due to the fact that I was able to dispute these charges that due to renew my tech support and tech genie. Within 7 days I my bank reimbursed me the 149.99 for tech support and 89.00 genie. They within 90 days of the dispute. I also had my bank issue me a new debit card.
