Was looking for Epson support, did not realize I was calling a third party. When they wanted $450 and I realized it was a scam, and all they wanted was money, I wanted to end the call and the remote access to my computer. By that time he had run a complete scan. It was very hard to disconnect, like we were fighting over control of the cursor, and then I got 102 windows open. finally was able to... Read more

Many of my customers have had trouble with companies sich as Iyogi. Please read my article below to find out how to avoid getting hassled into paying for a large bill to repair your computer. Most of these companies make up excuses for charging you large sums of money when in reality there really is not anything wrong with your computer or there is a very limited amount of problems with your... I lost no money. I did allow them to access my laptop. They fixed nothing because I found the problem and fixed it myself after turning down their warranty for 350.00, 200.00 and 150.00. Read more

well to put it simply Iyogi phoned me on my mobile number which for starters wasnt handed out to them or had any permissions to be with them. secondly they first phoned me whilst i was at work, claiming i had called them from my landline which i dont even own, for their 'technical support' which for one i didn't request and as i actually work and sell computers. I am more then competent to fix... Read more

Thinking I was on with Acer tech I allowed him to take over my computer. After learning it was a company called iYogi and not Acer, which he admitted to after several questions, I became suspicious of the high pressure sales and scare tactics, so I refused to buy. He lowered the prices. He added if I don't take care of the problems my computer may not restart properly. The call ended... Read more

I did an on line computer repair session with iyogi. I was supposed to be charged $59.99. They said my credit card did not work on their site, so they had me use Amazon. I was charged three times for one session. Their customer service was a nightmare; lie, delay, obfuscate was their policy. After five weary sessions with their on line customer service, I finally turned to Amazon to remedy... Read more

Using and iphone, SIRI directed me to iyogi instead of adobe help desk. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until it was too late. Iyogi listened to my problem and stated that they could fix it but they needed access to my computer, which I foolishly granted. Once they had access iyogi insisted that I needed to purchase additional software at a cost of $179. At this point, I recognized my... Read more

A few months ago, my iYogi Support Dock started to malfunction on all three of my computers quite frequently. For no apparent reason, when I clicked on any icon on their dock, I would be transported to their “sign up” home page. Ergo, I was being bumped out of my iYogi Support Dock on an almost daily basis. So then I would have to call iYogi to have one of their technicians uninstall, then... Read more

I had an issue with a HP printer I had ordered from Amazon. I was told this printer was new. It broke down the very next day. I contacted HP and they send me a replacement for it. Thank you HP! But, in the meantime, I received a call from IYOGI and I thought this was a company working for HP. They talked me into taking out a subscription for support from their company. Thinking I was...
