I had a year old Dell laptop in August 2013 and thought it was protected with Microsoft Essentials but it started getting all kinds of pop ups that was extremely frustrating, so I pulled up Dell's website to talk to support and the number that came up to call turned out to be Iyobi....which was not clear until I had been in the conversation at least 30 minutes. They told me not to worry that... Read more

Previously had support for an ipad then a few months ago they pursuaded me to take out support for my home pc as well. This was because they had reduced the price. I was promised contact once a month when they would clean and speed up my pc and fix any problems. I had three contacts from them but 1 was in the middle of a meal, 1 was when I was out of the house and the other was when I was about... Read more

Gosh, I am going through *** with IYOGI. They will not take no for an answer. I HAD a contract with them which expired over a year ago and they are still calling me day, afternoon and night to the extent where the Accounts Manager is bullying me to rejoin. I have refused and my computer is going crazy. These people even have a man's face with a demonic symbol in one eye staring intimidatingly... Read more

I thought I was at Norton support (he said yes we support Norton) , gave him my computer, he ran a scan that he said showed I had 131 viruses ( I had just completed a clean boot to restore to the original), said he could't fix it unless I bought a 350.00 anti-virus and offered a 250.00 up grade to 8.1 from 8.0 (i had 8.1 prior to his scan) and I knew I could get 8.1 for nothing. He refused to... Read more

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I was having a problem with my Macbook. It was saying I didn't have permission to save something. I couldn't figure out what to do so I thought I would call apple. I googled apple customer service and a phone number came up for iyogi and I assumed that it was for apple. It was one of the first search results and a clear phone number. I didn't have to... Read more

On July 2013, I used IYOGI's Tech support and purchased virus protection software for $189.94. In July of this year IYOGI's charged my account two additional more times. I was able to reverse the first charge of $89.99, but i was unable to reverse the 2nd charge of $149.99. Due to this IYOGI's presented my bank with a fraudulent and bogus contract, a contract i have never heard of or had... Read more
