Last October I got a call from I Yogi trying to sell me a computer. When the order went through I found out it was only coming through Amazon. I could've gotten the same price or better ordering direct through Amazon. I canceled the order the following day and have been waiting for a $380 refund since the beginning of October 2015. the person that fixed the techgenie on my pc well this morning my pc was very badly infected and had to go to someone else for help to fix my pc all those years I trusted in iyogi never did I have a problem like I did this morning their techgenie should have got the infections and didn't because again it had stopped working and I just payed to renew my techgenie it took all morning to clean up my pc and they showed me all the stuff that iyogi had installed that I didn't need I am very disappointed in iyogi never had this bad of service and I... I've had this service for over 5 years and often recommended them to others. However, for the past 3 months, I can never reach them via phone or live chat. They scammed me into buying some $99 product that I don't need and when I requested a refund, they agreed but then it never occurred. I can't reach anyone to discuss this or resolve my current computer issues. I feel like I've wasted hundreds of dollars on them and now I still need to go out and purchase a different subscription to a tech support company. I would agree with previous posts... Read more

Don't buy software from them. One always has a long wait time...close to one hour, but tonight after 3 hrs there was nothing to show for my patience. The music stops after some 40 mins and you'll have to start again. I did once get past the first hurdle where you are asked about account and then told I was being put through to a tech. I was cut off before one came online. 5 hrs later I start again. This time after 1 hr I get to first hurdle and the CSR was rude so I asked his name and asked him to spell it. I updated from Windows 7 to 10 and then my internet stopped working. So I called iYogi for support since I bought a $379 technical support plan June 2015. I was connected to them when I purchased Avast! security and when I needed tech support, it was the iYogi number. At first I didn't know this and thought it was still Avast! I finally found it out and they said they were not affiliated directly with Avast, but could support me with Avast. A clever turn-around. I bouught the subscription for $230.00 back in oct. 2014 used the service a couple times which was fair and after a couple weeks the computer start doing the same thing over and when youndo get them youbstqy on the phone for 2 to 4 hours with them my computer has shut down now i can't even get on it to get in contact with them 230.00 is a lot of money for some company to take from me i need my money if there's a way i can get my money back some pkease let me know my email address is bellbev58@yahoo.com sorry company thnx Read more

I signed up in June of 2015 for one year because I was desperate to get my computer fixed. They did a fair job at that time and I was able to get hold of them because I was a new customer. They had my computer tied up for a whole day and expected me to sit there while they worked for awhile, stopped (maybe for lunch, who knows) but a whole day in my computer. I had a virus on my computer and foolishly wen on line to see if I could find a company to solve my problem I paid some %400.00 for a 3year contract which would keep my computer in tip top shape. They had some high pressure sales people which was always hawking some up grade or product. When I realized what I was up against I called to cancel the contract and was promise d a refund for the unexpired portion of the contract. They sold me a subscription and I was promised that my subscription which I paid over $400 would cover 3 Windows computers,1 IPhone and 1 tablet. I have a desk top and lap top only on my subscription. I asked for tech support for my new Surface Pro 4 they told me it was not covered under my plan because it is a Windows10 computer and a tablet which is fine because I still have each one left available on my subscription!!
