I just got off phone with support from Microsoft. There are over 3,60 events where my computer has been hacked. Iyogi l has STOPPED ALL OF NY MICROSOFT services from running. My husband spent over 6 hours on the phone over a few day period. We have already paid for our subscription $169.00 the first tech could not fix issue. He asked to speak to management tech transfer him to customer service. He waits 30 mins no answer, hangs up and calls back. Paid iyogi $381.00. Called them only twice with a problem and they were not able to fix it. Both times they tried to sell me something. The representatives does not understand English. My first call they pretended that they were Norton (whom I was trying to reach). They are the worst experience I ever had with any business. Total RIP OFF! Add comment

I was having some comp issues and my avast virus protectiom expired. I googled avast tech support and dialed the first number that came up. They were all in my comp and wanted 150.00. I've been an iYogi customer for five years and have made numerous requests to have bold print and bright ink at the top of my customer profile stating DO NOT PITCH. I called IYOGI to fix my computer but I think they may have actually put a virus in the computer so I would have to call again. They also try to sell something every time I call and also sell 2-4 year plans or lifetime plans. They keep calling saying something is wrong with the computer so how do they know that?
