Iyogi scammed us out of a considerable amount of money. I know i'll never see it again.

THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST SCAM I HAVE EVER BEEN INVOLVED WITH. WHEN DOWNLOADING THE TECH ICON YOU CAN WAIT FOREVER AND NO TECH ANSWERES. LAST WEEK I FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO A TECH AND HE SAID THROUGH A TEXT GOOD KARMA AND SAID HE WOULD BE BACK WITH ME SHORTLY. HE NEVER CAME BACK AND AFTER 30 MINUTES I WAS DISCONNECTED. I had been an iYogi customer fo almost 10 years. I was was told the renewal fee was &179.00...Then They told me I would be billed $249.00. The contend the amount was deducted from my checking account. But then declined. Or credited to my account. The bank has no record of this transaction. And I have been without a subscription. Iyogi owes me money for Office 2016. I ordered this product last yr and never received it. I asked for a refund and was told I can't get a refund because my computer has been hacked by people who live in china Read more

I had Iyogi for a couple of years, they put viruses on my computer and always trying to get more money from me. Please stay away from this company!!!!!

Been overcharged $709.98 for product that was already in place. Three weeks now I keep being told it is being processed. I just found out that there are over 466 complaints filled against iYogi. I am ready to go to my local TV station and contact the Investigative Team

The dude attempted to hold my computer hostage. He demanded $650 to give me access to my computer, etc. when it required a "secret password" to log-in. It got ugly.... I shut the xxx-hole down. I hadn't realized at that point that my cell phone and land line had already been hacked. I was told by tech support if updated my account for 3 years i was fully coverd to find out i wasent very dishonest tech support i lost fate in the service I did request a refund of 94.99

I agreed to order two items that would be mailed to my home. Over $400 was charged to my credit card immediately. iYOGI confirmed transaction via e-mail. Nothing happened. Repeated calls to them resulted in being told "there were problems but items would ship in 10 days". Nothing happened. I called and asked that charges be credited to my card and order canceled.
